I was very excited this week to receive the Lavender Essential Oil. I have anxiety a lot and the lavender essential oil is made for calming with its aroma as well as other health benefits. I couldn’t wait to use this to rejuvenate my spirit and relax me before bed. I place a little bit on my temples before bed and I find myself sleeping so much better already. There are so many uses for lavender oil if you look on Pinterest you will find a TON!
