Good Morning Everybody,

Today is Saturday morning and it is almost noon. I am already dressed and have already been out in our -6 degree weather here in Western New York because I have an addiction to coffee. The first thing when I wake up in the morning is the thought of getting my Tim Horton’s coffee here in town. I do not know where all  you readers are from but if you are lucky enough to experience having a Tim Horton’s in your town I highly recommend you take advantage. In my town, there are only two commercial options for my caffeine fix and the other one is Starbucks. Starbucks is definitely more your “national” brand coffee company. The company is definitely higher priced than Tim Horton’s and I think that is because it is clear that they put their capital into designing fancier cups and fancier shops. Tim Horton’s is a more Northern company and I have yet to see it go further than Pennyslvania in my travels. I continually say if someone was wise enough to place a Tim Horton’s down South that it would be a gold mine with not only their food but their Iced Cappucino. If you read this and invest and make it big, remember where you heard it from!

Tim Horton’s based in Canada is a company that is reasonably priced and continues to offer a wide range of donuts, drinks as well as sandwiches, soups and other food items. If I had to tell you one thing about Tim Horton’s I dislike more than Starbucks it would be the constant customer service request I have for a “reward” card like the Gold star reward card offered by Starbucks. Starbucks will actually give you star points on your purchases, so if you are a loyal coffee drinker at their establishment you will find yourself receiving special treatment almost in their shop. Now, Tim Horton’s I spend over one hundred dollars a month in their shop and that gets me nothing in rewards. They occasionally have their “roll up the rim” contest but that is random winners and you rarely find yourself with anything. Also, they ran once a sticker reward card where after a certain amount of coffees you received a free one. Hold on, there is a catch, it cannot be a small like I drink. This is not okay. I assure you with all the money I spend whether it is a small or medium makes no difference.

So, Tim Horton’s us loyal customers need a reward card. We need something for our daily treks in -6 degree weather to taste your delicious aroma of piping hot coffee and possibly a sugary and sweet donut to accompany it. Starbucks, you disappoint me with your prices and your options. I simply cannot find a product that I enjoy in your shop and at $3.00 each for even just a “tall” which is a small basically I fear spending the money as I have to just be left with a full cup of something I do not enjoy. So for now, Tim Hortons is my recommendation on where to go for your daily coffee fix and delicious lunch or treat.

At this moment, Tim Horton’s is now offering “Chock Full of Love” as a promotion which gives the customer an option of a brownie batter donut, a double chocolate muffin, a dark hot chocolate, double chocolate cookie or chocolate chip iced cappucino. If you can look at this promo picture and not salivate I commend you.

Product Review: Espresso Stack Cup #espressostackcup

**I received this free product to review. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the FTC Regulations.**

This week I received an espresso stack cup to review and I will admit I was hoping that it was going to come with more than one to see how they stacked up, but the one I did receive was very stylish and practical. The cup was a great space saver and was very sturdy along with the nice classic white ceramic cup that came with it. I loved the packaging that the cup came in with its art deco design box. The cup is perfect size for espresso and comes with different colors. This is a modern twist to your kitchen or office with lego design for a truly unique coffee/espresso drinking experience.

As an avid coffee drinker and lover I was very excited to receive this really nice quality stainless steel French press by Francois et Mimi. This is not your Walmart brand French press, this is high quality stainless steel with a dribble proof spout and holding up to 34oz of fresh brewed coffee.

The French press is dishwasher safe which is very handy and is not too heavy, yet definitely feels top grade. The stainless steel French press here is $39 on Amazon but worth every penny. This is durable and should last you for a very long time. The finish shines brightly and with its double wall keeps the coffee inside it warm for at least an hour of time. Not only is it a great product to use for your tea/coffee but it looks great as décor on your counter when not in use. I highly recommend this product! I think any coffee lover or tea drinker will enjoy the feel of this product and its classy appearance.

Product Review: French Press for Coffee and Tea #coffee

This review was very exciting for an avid coffee drinker as myself. I have a Keurig but I really enjoy the simplistic and delicious taste of coffee from actual coffee grounds/beans fresh from the bag. The Kitchen Supreme French press gives a creamy, foamy, smooth coffee or tea each and every time. When you buy this French press, you will receive a high quality French press with double glass borosilicate glass that makes it nearly unbreakable along with four filter screens, a unique spoon and a coffee/tea scoop as well as instructions.

When I used this French press I had never used one before. I was worried about doing it wrong but I did it and it tasted great! The filters made for a coffee ground free coffee that was bold, rich and smooth. I love the look of the French press with its shiny detail and easy to use features. The French press makes 8 cups and can be used for coffee, tea, milk frothing or as an espresso machine. The press is dishwasher safe and the packaging is wonderful!

Easy to Use. High Quality. I highly recommend!

Tim Horton’s Promotion: Frequent Buyer Card #timhortons #frequentbuyer #coffeedrinker #coffees

th

Hey Guys! If you are anything like me you need at least two cups a day of coffee to keep you going. At times, the day finds me at four cups and I sware that if it wasn’t for the IV of caffeine I get through the drive-thru multiple times a day that I would not survive. I am a true coffee fan and addict. My addiction of choice is Canada’s created Tim Horton’s. This coffee is the best coffee I have tasted in all my travels. I have tried Starbucks and I find their coffee is too strong. I have had Dunkin Donuts and their coffee is not bad, but just doesn’t have the same aroma as Tim Horton’s does.

I have friends that sware by Starbucks and I have ventured there at times and not only have I paid more for coffee but the drinks just do not taste that great to me, at least not that I have tried at this point. I DO however prefer Starbucks atmosphere more than Tim Horton’s. Starbucks is a great company to work for and I love how they feature musical artists and have green stores for healthier, cleaner living. They donate to great organizations and promote some really great causes.

th

This gets to what my blog is about today. Tim Horton’s-I love you but seriously what is with not having a rewards card? Starbucks has a rewards program that gives back to its frequent shoppers in the form of a gold card. This gold card gives free drink and food rewards, early access to new products, birthday drink and treats on them and free in-store refills on certain items. What a way to show appreciation to your frequent buyers who invest all their love and money into your product and service. Tim Horton’s what do you offer me as a customer who buys from you at least three times a day? Nothing.

This past Fall Tim Horton’s came out for a short period of time with what they called a frequent buyer card. The card needless to say had the restrictions of being a medium coffee or larger, as I get smalls and you needed six or at some stores more stickers from the cups to get just one drink of any size. This was NOT a reward to me at ALL. The worst part was that my friends and I had stickers gathered up and when we asked for a card about a month later, we were told the cards were gone and no more were being issued. The stickers were wasted. What a disapointment. So, I ask Tim Horton’s what can we do to fix this? How can you show appreciation to your loyal coffee drinkers?

What do you guys think? What do you enjoy to drink? I would love to know.
